We are looking for a talented and versatile Design Intern. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals from TANGITY and NTT DATA, including digital product and experience design teams, service and business teams, creative teams, technology teams, etc., to provide comprehensive solutions.

What you'll do

As a Design intern, you might be involved in design activities such as:  

• Understand the market and competitors and the performance of other products or services and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.

• Comprehend user needs and behaviors through quantitative and qualitative research methods such as interviews, field observation or data analysis.

• Distill and articulate insights and opportunity areas.

• Conceptualize and design new business models and customer experiences.

• Plan and facilitate user and client workshops.

• Use prototyping methods to visualize and quickly validate hypothesis.

• Ideate, create and execute of inspiring, educational and useful content for brands and public institutions.

• Expand and build new expressions of brand visual identities for various platforms.

• Evaluate the usability and accessibility of products or services, including test planning, collecting user feedback, and analyzing the results to identify areas for improvement.

• Create key deliverables (e.g., research output, detailed user journeys, service blueprint, system map, stakeholder map, storyboards, scenarios, interaction models, wireframes and prototypes, design systems).

You will carry out these activities by participating in project meetings, providing feedback, and contributing to design documentation. 

During your internship, you will acquire these skills:

Planned and executed design activities with particular attention to time constraints and available resources.

Package deliverables and research results in a form that can be understood by different types of audiences.

Who are we looking for?  

• Bachelor's degree in design or related fields (sociology, psychology, HID, product, industrial design, communication, etc.).

• Basic knowledge about design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro) and/or heatmap, session recording, survey, etc. (e.g., Contentsquare or similar) and understanding web design basics (UX and UI). 

• Confident about modern technology and how to leverage it to create better user experiences.

• Attitude to continuous learning and adoption of new methodologies.

• Good communication skills to relate effectively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

•  Proactive attitude, boundless curiosity, and the desire to generate impact in society

•  Ability to collect and process feedback constructively

•   Fluent in English (oral and written).
